	Quirk (All information): (Offical Papers) Lightning  Drive: Alloran's quirk is manifested in two stages in a way simaler to Bakugo's. The first stage is that his body can emit an electromagnetic field that can extend out to a cretin extent (Radius 1/4th a football field). Even though the current max size is such Alloran tends to keep it suppressed around his body's shape as to not destroy electronics in the area. Anything within this field causes a displacement that Alloran can feel kinda like a sonar. Secondly his body can take electrolytes and use them to make electrically conducting solution that he is able to control and manipulate with his field, when this solution becomes active(Either by his field or another) it changes to electricity which can still be manipulated by the field until it reaches the extent of his field. Once the electricity goes past the extent of his electrical field it acts as normal electricity does.

Little does Alloran know but his quirk is all in the electromagnetic field he releases and has nothing to do with his body. The electromagnetic field not only works as a electromagnetic field but can also manipulate electrolytes within the field changing them to the solution that forms lightning, but does not affect electrolytes in other peoples bodies unless they are directly touching Alloran. In addition any electricity that is not being influenced by another person becomes controllable to Alloran within this field (IE: Natural Lightning Strikes, Lightning attacks that have no one controlling them, and even the power grid if it has a power line inside the field).

	A Brief History (OC Characters): Alloran was born in America where he and his family lived up until he was three, at that time his parents moved to Japan to join a Pro Hero Office more dedicated to the way they wanted to work. The change wasn't too much on Alloran as learning the language was his first. Around the time of Kindergarten is when Alloran's quirk manifested causing all the electrical devices in the school to shut off due to the high interference of his field. From then on Alloran was home schooled, as well as his house being "Alloran proofed" to make sure his field wouldn't cause damage to the neighborhood. It took some training but by the end of his third year of homeschooling, which also had some quirk training in it,  Alloran was able to shrink the size of his electromagnetic field and shape it to form just around the edges of his body so that he could reattend regular school. Because of this though Alloran can't use any technology that is not electromagnetic pulse proof. As he continued to grow up his parents helped him discover more and more about his quirk such as being able to manipulate electricity made out of his electrolytes and the range electromagnetic field.

Hero Costume: At this point Alloran's Hero Costume is made up of a few parts. The Inner Part is a fully insulated body suit that covers his body but allows liquids to pass through such as sweat and rain but any electrical currents that those liquids posses are halted there. The Outer Part is made of heat resistant fabrics as well as other environmental blockers for any rescue work that is needed. Finally there are a few support Items to help with his quirk, one of them being Iron soled shoes for added kick power and other benefits. Another support Item is a few containers that can be filled with a liquid and drunk through a special straw in the neck of the top, this is so Alloran can fill the containers with drinks that are ninety percent electrolytes and help fuel his quirk.
