Sung Eu always had a close relationship with her mom, although her sister was always closer with their dad. When Sung Eun was 11 years old, her mother passed away, because of an heart attack. Even though she was still very young at this age, she promised herself to always protect her little sister and always stand by her side. Joon Kwang (father) never felt in love after meeting Ri Jing, so the only mother the kids ever had stayed Ri Jing. Sung Eun always tried to act like a mother for Neul Hee, but because of that she often forgot to look after herself and it kind of made it harder for her to express her true feelings in front of others.
