In my point of view there are 2 types of suspects: the `traditional` suspects and the `unusual` suspects. Traditional suspects involve mons which are clearly broken bc their sheer amount of traits make them too much compared to the rest of the meta. The mons in this category and almosr always S rank. Examples include aegislash, greninja last gen, hoopa u, megagross, mega mawile last gen etc. `Unusual` suspects are suspects which involve suspecting a mon not bc its super op or anything but bc its unusual traits make its presence unheathy for the development of the meta. Examples include mega sableye, baton pass with its various nerfs, shadow tag, and the recent arena trap suspect.
