Hard Mode 24 Bees route: (no USBee)
1-1 → 2-2 Pagie → 3-2 Rock Bomb → Activate ch.3 → Warp ch.1 →  2-1 → Open Paywall 1 → 2-2 → Warp ch.3 → Do 3-1, 3-2 → Move ch.3 crate to hole to reach Paywall 2 later → 4-1, 4-2 → Jump on ch.3 lever to ch.5 → Try 5-S bomb throw → 5-1 → Buy key & throw towards door → 5-1 Secret → 5-2 → Bomb jump to activate ch.8 → Open Paywall 2 from ch.3 → Jump on pagie & gas to fire berry to burn 2 bushes → Grab 3rd berry & Jump on cauldron & gas for 3rd bush right → Grab key NW to throw at honey while activating ch.7 → Grab honey → Do 6-1, 6-2 → Bomb warp to ch.7 with fire berry → Slam against south side of 7-2 platform → Throw berry from right side of hive for OW bee → Do 7-2, 7-1 → Warp/do 8-1 → OW Bee via lever jump → Get back fan then front → Do 8-2 → Enter woods from lever jump → Open Paywall 3 → (No longer need coins)  Furnace clip & place pipe → Use water to bomb jump up & put out fire simultaneously →  OW Bee → Do 10-1 → Exit cave normally to ch.9 → Place top pipe on rotator 1st (far left side of yellow strip is trigger) → Flip lever & place right pipe then left → Do 9-1 → Place bottom pipe → Do 9-2 → Pagie jump to ch.11 cave → Jump from pipe to fence for water berry → do 11-1, 11-2 → Lair

...Above has 0 warps(vs 2 here) & no DOoB, includes bush slam, bomb jump & extinguished fire cutscene, long walk from 10-1 to 9...
Open Paywall 3 → (No longer need coins) Activate ch.9 → Pagie jump to ch.11 cave → Jump from pipe to fence for water berry → do 11-1, 11-2 → Warp/do 9-1 → Pagie jump to new DOoB to cave OW Bee → Do 10-1 → Exit cave normally to furnace clip → Place pipe → Warp ch.9 → Place top pipe on rotator 1st (far left side of yellow strip is trigger) → Flip lever & place right pipe then left → Place bottom pipe → Do 9-2 → Lair

Do 2-1 (flip lever, 2-2 isn't valid until after PW1) →→ Open Paywall 1 →→ Do 2-2
Warp ch.3 →→ Do 3-1 →→ Do 3-2 →→ Move ch.3 crate to hole to reach Paywall 2 later
Do 4-1 →→ Do 4-2
Jump on ch.3 lever to ch.5 →→ Try 5-S OWBee bomb throw →→ Do 5-1
Buy key & throw towards door →→ 5-Secret OWBee if missed →→ Rampo area to unlock 5-2 →→ Do 5-2
Warp ch.3 and climb up to Paywall 2 to open it, but don't enter it
Warp ch.5 and bomb jump to ch.8, then lever climb or walk around to hidden OWBee (up-right, slam)
Get 7-S Bee via forest entrance up-left of previous OWBee, platforming around ch.7 →→ Warp & Do Lair
(if you mess up the 7-2 platform, you'll have to bomb-warp 5→7 and throw from up-right of 7-2)
