Today, I noticed that i am facing problem with my site speed. From average 2-3 sec to 15-20 sec and ssl is taking 17 sec. the problem is with ssl or I say connecting. check in image: and please if you know the solution, help me?

Could it be slow and or shared hosting?
It's definitely your SSL, if you are using shared hosting, then contact your server manager, else remove the ssl or reinstall it yourself.
Alternatively you can use cloudflare's ssl too.
Just use free cloudflare ssl, it should solve your problem..

Its purely SSL problem. you can create free account on cloudflare and use free SSL. If it will work fine then you can change your SSL provider. Or you may reinstall it.

I know the problem is with ssl but after using ssl the problem again happened

Yes, ssl was borken, I installed uninstalled previous ssl and then re-install Cloudflare ssl. Now, everything seems to be fine
