Astral Power (Unknown) I – ability to use astral power in a variety of ways. Your knowledge to use this is purely instinctive and you don't know if anybody could train you in using it. Practice makes perfect.

ABILITIES

Empower Self II – you use sorcery to increase your physical attributes by two points for six hours.
Astral Projection I – you may project raw magical energy up to melee distance of minor strength. This projected energy may be used as a barrier, to deflect magical attacks or to propel oneself a moderate distance at high speed. Your usage of astral power for this means you are likely barely scratching the surface.
Barrier Break I – you can penetrate weak magic barriers, and damage stronger ones, by imbuing some magic into your blows. This also works well against physical barriers. Your ability to use astral power means there is likely no barrier you cannot break or penetrate.
Focus Self I – by meditating for a short while, your magical channeling improves for your next spell (effectively increasing magic by one for the next spell). This seems to work due to the nature of your astral power.

BACKGROUND

Height: 186cm (6’1)
Age: 34 (though he hasn't aged for several years due to his sorcery)

Born into a farming village in the north-west on the borders of the lands of the Great Lords, Talon was always ambitious and capable. The period after the first mage rebellions was bloody, and Talon joined the military then and met Maloric. The two slowly made their way south-east as mercenaries and adventurers. When Alyce triggered the second mage rebellion and reformed the ancient Magi League, Talon fought for the RSK whilst Maloric (who had little interest in the rebellions, but couldn’t fight for the RSK without being expelled from his tower) spent time in Maern. Talon built his reputation as a fearsome general at this time, a human in the league of the Seraphic nobles. When Alyce turned her attention to the RSK in 1950PC, the king of the RSK offered Talon land, title and the position of Master in the greatest knightly order of the country if he led their armies against her. Talon refused, knowing that the position would be the highest he would ever achieve if he accepted it, and his ambition was greater than that. He spent some time adventuring with Maloric before being asked for by the new Darlesian queen in early 1952PC.
