STABmons is a meta where a pokemon has access to any move of its typing. This means Swampert gets Precipice Blades and Crabhammer.
The meta expands by allowing for pre-evos, so all eevee-lutions get all normal-type moves.
Also, Pokemon that have forme changes like Oricorio or Rotom have access to their respective counterparts' movepools.
Note that Meloetta, Mega Evolution, etc. does not count because they must retain their forme outside battle for this to count.
Also note that Silvally is broken in this metagame because it has access to ALL MOVES. The most common is Silvally-ghost in order to counter fake-out/e-speed spam.

things to watch out for:
kings shield spam - you'ld think in a boost up and go meta that allowing your opponent time to set up would be bad, but i was surprised at how often i hit a king's shield
any physical normal-types - priority spam is deadly to glass cannons
t-tar - love this mon but really hard to beat
