1. Fill out the properties including credit. Subtitles, displayBPM, preview time, and exploited/glitched properties are optionally allowed. File should be 'Song Name (Step Author)'
2. The BG and banner should be provided. The banner should be 16:5 resolution (512 x 160 minimum), and the background should be 16:9 resolution (1280 x 720 minimum). If you need GFX or GFX replacements, go to #gfx-discussion. If needed, I can step in. Let me know if you are interested in GFX work.
3. For the sake of accessibility, make sure the chart is humanely possible if the objective is to be played.
4.) The file should be sync'd and syncopated (no long, empty introductions).
5.) You are free to add any content (within obvious reasoning) inside the file for extra flare.
6.) Re-releases are disallowed; please do not submit a chart that is up-and-coming or is already ranked.
