    dad's not too happy with either the nursing home he was in or the hospital he went to

    turns out the nursing home sent him because they thought his face was drooping on one side, which is a sign of a stroke
    but my aunt who is closest to him saw him this afternoon, i guess, and said he didn't look any more droopy than normal
    also, he has a do not resuscitate order, and the nursing home sent him to the ER for stroke procedure
    and i guess thats kinda against the DNR order

    then once he was there, the docs were trying to do all sorts of tests and procedures that werent necessary
    dad kept bitching at them about "what happened to just looking at the patient?!"
    and yes he said it in such a way to need both ? and !

    apparently he went around and around to try and get them to just do comfort level care, and nothing more
