Section 4: Staff Discipline
When a Staff Member is caught abusing, or doing something wrong, TPRP deploys a three strike system. The admin in question can have a total of 3 chances to correct their behavior before being blacklisted from ever becoming an Admin on our server again.

Strike 1
This is your first warning to correct your behavior and actions. When you are striked by a member of the Management Team, you will be notified by the member, and linked to the report against you. Along with every strike comes a 1 day ban. You can appeal any number of strikes.
Strike 2
This is your second warning to correct your behavior and actions. If you receive a second strike against you, you will be demoted, and put on very strict probation. As with any strike, you will be notified and linked the report against you, and you will be banned for 1 day. You can appeal any number of strikes.
Strike 3 - Admin Revoked
If you received your third strike, you are no longer a member of the TPRP Staff Team. You will be stripped of all your powers in game and banned for 2 days. The Management Team is allowed to automatically skip to this level of punishment with approval of the Staff Manager, and the Owner. As with any strike, you will be notified and linked the report against you, and you will be banned for 1 day. You can appeal any number of strikes.
Strike 4 - Admin Revoked and Permanently Banned
This is only given to players who are banned while apart of the Staff Team. If you receive this you have done something extremely bad and you deserve to be banned. You cannot appeal this strike, however you can appeal the ban.

Demotion without a Strike
This is useable by the Staff Manager, if he feels you are not able to perform your duties properly, he can demote you to a lower level until he feels you are better trained and ready for more duties.
