This is simply to code. But you may need some more features. Like proxys is not really good, because i believe you will use public proxys that die faster than you collect them. So you need VPN, but VPN can send visitors slow... so it is all in what way you want to use it.

It exist many bots to send traffic, many differents each of them. I recommend upseo which is a good choice i guess

I need someone who do some sample views for 2-3 views then I will know I spend my money for the right thing.
