Finally the serious category you have been waiting for!

Rules are as follows:
You must play on N64.
You must use an N64 controller.
You must use a nintendo official Rumble Pak, and show it on webcam.

The goal is to catch the Hylian Loach.
Timing starts on file select, and ends when link holds up the Hylian Loach.

Current Route:
Option 1
Get sword and 40 rupees
Aqua Escape
Get Red rupee and leave the river with 80 rupees
WESS/backwalk to Lake (easiest wess for this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z7QrtEr-Dvg)

Option 2 (Faster with RNG rupees)
Get sword and 43 rupees
Aqua Escape
Enter the river early to make up for lost river rupees
Get Red rupee, then exit water and grab the chicken
Clip into ZD, then clip into Lake

Route's converge here
Go to fishing hut, pay for fishing 3 times and then exit
Re-enter, and but fishing one more time
Walk to the left side of the pond
The loach will spawn in the Lily pads, you can c-up to spot him
Cast at the lily pads and catch the Loach
Done!

Important notes: Loach spawn is NOT RNG, you simply need to pay for fishing three times and then he will spawn at the lily pads- he will not spawn the first three times, don't bother looking.

The easiest time to catch the loach is when he is near the surface of the water- which is always where he spawns first.

If the loach is at the bottom of the water, you do not need the sinking lure (will never happen in this category)- you cannot catch him when he is at the bottom anyways. He floats up on a timer and he will only go after the lure during that state anyways.

Swordless route doesn't work to my knowledge, you can't cast the lure without a sword equipped (lol)

Sub 10 is very very possible.
