  1. General Rules
  2. 1. You're responsible for your account
  3. 2. No Harassment/Flaming/Trolling/Spamming
  4. 2.1. If you're asked to stop by the offended person then you need to stop.
  5. 2.2. Jokes of an offensive nature are acceptable on the server but directing them towards someone specifically based on race, gender or sexuality will be considered harassment.
  6. 3. Listen to Staff when asked to stop something.
  7. 3.1. If it's not actually against the rules you don't have to stop.
  8. 4. No Griefing
  9. 5. No Exploiting
  10. 5.1. Hacks fall under this category.
  11. 6. No Advertising other Minecraft game servers
  12. 6.1. Sharing links is fine. Just don't purposely try to move players to another server.
  13. 6.2. Speaking the name of another server is fine.
  14. 7. Mallicious Intent towards the server.
  15. 7.1. Owners will decide if what you're doing is malicious towards the server and/or other users.

  17. Staff Rules
  18. 1. No abuse of power
  19. 1.1. Abuse of power is cause for immediate demotion.
  20. 2. Act maturely and responsibly
  21. 2.1. Maturity means staying calm during stressful situations on the server. Keeping control over oneself. Being able to act calm and collected. Making rational decisions.
  22. 2.2. Hold your power with responsibility. Don't use it lightly. Don't be afraid to act but don't act too quick. Make sure you fully understand the situation before you act.
  23. 3. Stay Active
  24. 3.1. Daily logins are expected for at least 20 minutes.
  25. 3.2. If you plan on leaving for a period of time you should make a post on the forums otherwise we won't know.
  26. 3.3. Daily forum activity is desired.
  27. 4. All Admins must post on the forum regularly.
  28. 4.1. 5 Posts for Mod, 25 for Admin.
  29. 4.2. One post a day, average.
  30. 4.2.1. If they don't have a one point average deny their application and tell them they're not ready for staff yet.
  31. 5. Ban Disputes are handled by the banning Admin
  32. 5.1. Ban Disputes must be handled in a timely manner. If not handled in three days a strike will be added to the Admins record.
  33. 5.1.1. If the report is not handled in a timely manner the banned player will be unbanned if the offense was not a very serious one. (Malicious Intent)
  34. 5.2 Proof must be provided for every ban dispute. With a punishment lasting longer then 20 minutes.
  35. 5.3 If a ban disputes staff is no longer the dispute will be handled by a owner.
  36. 6. Reports on Trainees, Moderators, and Admins are handled by owners.
  37. 6.1. Any ban report made by a demoted staff member is also to be handled by owners.
  38. 6.2. Harassment and other minimal offense by an Admin or Moderator will result in two strikes. Anything above that such as griefing, trolling, power abuse, or malicious intent will result in an automatic demotion.
