  1. Day 65-71 (next start 72): A boat we drove into Mancatcher Cove

  3. It takes us two days (day 67) to get to our next destination, Tidewater Rock
  4.  
  5. We see a storm off to the west in the morning of day 68. It probably scared other ships away from our path.
  6.  
  7. We get in late, and fog starts rolling in to the isle.
  8.  
  9. Late into the night we see that there is a crew coming to invade the isle.
  10. They have a spellcaster, with many many tattoos. probably one with a dragon.

  12. We question her, Isabella Lock, "Inkskin"
  13. Her back tattoo is a map.
  14. We capture the last 5 soldiers
  15. We loot her body and the dinghies they arrived in.
  16. Some sweet items.

  18. Longwhisker and Dorant recognize the map on her back to be a copy of a famous treasure map that belonged to Cyrus Wolf.
  19. He was an infamous captain, and brought fear to hundreds of ships captains off the coast of Gerund. Aspenfar was by far his most famous raid. For it he was offered the Hurricane Crown, but he simply laughed in the faces of the other free captains. 3 decades later he

  21. Mancatcher Cove is said to be the location of his greatest treasure.
  22. The map depicts the outlines of several small islands. A simple stylized half-sun sits next to the island. Several images of a monstrous eye and a bearded king.

  31. Small unnamed archipelago NW of ooshenawa isles and W of Besmara's Throne
  32. 100 miles northwest.

  34. It will take 3 days to get to the island.

  39. We reach the isle on day 71

  41. We see there is a ship partially obscured by an island to the east.
  42. We recognize the ship as the one that was came to tidewater rock.
  43. Its name is the Thresher.
  44. After easily defeating the fightworthy crew, the ship and crew are ours.
  45.  
  46. We sail into the westernmost isle of the archipelago, and it is obvious where to go.
  47. The island is surrounded by sheer cliffs with few beaches. The land of the island is buried under prolific jungle growth.
  48. We arrive at the island late in the day, and it is approaching nightfall. As we sail in we hear the sounds of numerous birdcalls and spider monkeys which all subside as light dims.
  49. plant-pockmarked cliffs range 20-50 feet high.
  50. Canopies of the trees reach additional 60-70 feet above that, creating a canopy of vines above the cove.
  51. Mancatcher cove forms an almost perfectly curved bowl, creating a deep indigo hue indicating the depth of the cove.
  52. We have the night to ponder our situation.
