Why do you want to be a mod?: I need shit to do, i literally don’t even have a job and i don’t even mod any servers, and i feel like we need to up the security a bit.
The following are situations you may encounter as a mod, please answer honestly:

Two users begin arguing in general chat, it's causing more people to get involved. I (Coyote, the server owner) am unavailable. As a mod you have the ability to kick users if need be, but know it's only reserved for extreme situations. How do you attempt to resolve this and why? Tell them to knock it off or take it to DM’s, if they fail to comply, and decide to be assholes about it, mute them until the owner gets online, if i can’t mute them, i will temporarily kick them.

A user DMs you telling you there's a potential predator in the server. They make a claim about past behavior, and present you evidence towards bad behavior they've exhibited in the past. The evidence given looks bad, but isn't enough to make a concrete determination if the claim is true. How do you respond? Unless i can really jump to the correct conclusion and i know it’s concrete and the evidence is backed up by shit that is real has been confirmed, i will not kick them unless proven so.

A user makes an accusation in the server towards another mod or a video contributor. They offer no evidence, and when asked for it, point a finger at the person asking and call it "victim shaming". Several server members are getting concerned, and others suspect the accusations might be true. I am unavailable at this time. How do you engage the situation? Tell them to show evidence or prove that it’s concrete, if not shown, i will notify the owner or other mods and see how we can talk about it.

A user has doxed another user in the chat or tricked them into doxing themselves. How do you respond? Kick them. Doxing is against TOS on discord, and it should be kept out.
