  1. Fem R1:
  2.
  3. * Iron Man’s offense overwhelms the entire team’s below tier durability
  4. * Below tier durability!
  5. * Same for Ragnarok’s lightning and Cannonball’s blasts
  6. * Initial clash is already a win
  7. * Hulk and Thor’s AOE sucks; team’s durability too high
  8. * Magneto’s projectiles will be slow - weird use of the speed eq mechanic here
  9. * Magneto’s durability is super shitty
  10. * Ult Thor is weak. Below tier offense and can’t survive the clash.
  11. * Hulk doesn’t start at peak power
  12. * Win cons are as stated; massive advantages from Fem’s team make it an insta-win in the first clash already.

  14. -All this ‘quoting Mik’s statements/arguments from previous rounds’ seems to be working in the surface, alongside with all these feats posted. However I doubt this will remain stable as soon as Mik’s R1 comes in. As of now Fem seems to be showing the mediocre feats from the opposing team, or even showing good feats but wording them as mediocre. Not seeing a lot of quantifying, though, in the sense that “here’s WHY this Iron Man feat is better than this Thor feat”, other than just stating it is better because it is. A lot of focus on “my team is better cause your team is weak” here, but not a lot of showing how much better your team actually is other than linking loose scans. Don’t get me wrong, this is a good response, but I’d much prefer a less feeble route - one that your opponent can’t easily break apart, like Mik most likely will from now. A fragile, but very nice and thorough response.

  16. Mik R1:
  17.
  18. * Magneto solos - ok this is good. Tony very clearly will be affected by Magneto’s magneting shizzles in this.
  19. * Same for Ragnarok. Ragnarok can lose his hammer and has armor that Magneto can control, which is something he did against Ult Thor.
  20. * Mik’s team won’t hesitate to kill. Same can’t be said for Fem’s team, which isn’t made up of killers - sound argument. Hard to see Cannonball, Iron Man and Ragnarok going for the kill, while Mik’s team, based on these scans, definitely will - this is also good.
  21. Fem barely did any proper stat comparison - fair point, as I myself pointed out earlier.
  22. * Ragnarok has no durability anymore.
  23. * Cannonball is vulnerable when he's not blasting
  24. * Iron Man is hurt by collateral damage that is visibly far less impressive than what Ult Thor and Ult Hulk create - clean cut comparison here, good
  25. * Basically Fem’s whole team has shitty durability; 2/3rds of the team having zero meaningful durability.
  26. * Speed equalization argument is wrong - I’ll have to agree with Mik here, to a certain extent; not sure how fast Magneto’s projectiles actually move, but it’s certainly not at a snail’s pace compared to Magneto himself, relatively.
  27. * Hulk doesn’t start weak
  28. * A lotta rebuttals
  29.
  30. -Overall this was a solid response that basically flipped around/hard-countered 80% of Fem’s arguments - some of them were completely shattered, and others just weakened. Calling out the lack of proper stat comparison was smart, and Mik did the opposite, quantifying the strength of his combatants in a manner that makes it clear that - so far, as argued - they are stronger/can win. And they kill.
  31.
  32. These two went 2-2 so the 2nd responses were basically a back and forth on the 1st responses’ points, with some reestablishing/reinforcement of stats/feats/arguments.
  33.
  34. Fem’s 2nd response was definitely far more rock solid than his 1st one, reinforcing his win conditions and calling out the allegedly false (or at least exaggerated) in-character arguments.

  36. Not a big fan of the formatting though - it’s not hard to digest, but it’s certainly not easy on the eyes and you have to go back and forth to read the rebuttals with the whole Claim A B C system.
  37.
  38. Mik’s 2nd response rightfully countered Fem pressing harder on the speed equalized Magneto argument. Magneto solos. Supposedly.
  39.
  40. Fem’s win conditions are as follow:
  41.
  42. “Team Thunderstruck has initiative, Magneto cannot survive an initial blitz from my teams offense and is slow. He lacks concussive force resistance, heat resistance, electric resistance, or any other type of resistance.
  43. This leads to a 3v2 with two similarly below tier characters. Thor and Hulk similarly lack the aforementioned resistance as they are weaker than presented, and the way they aren’t presented isn’t great.”
  44.
  45. Mik’s win conditions are not clearly delineated in a single paragraph, but follow this line of thought (some paraphrasing here):
  46.
  47. “Magneto solos - kills Iron Man while disarming and incapping Ragnarok
  48. Cannonball/Ragnarok functionally have no durability, meaning I smack them
  49. Thor's EMP cancels Iron Man, so he gets smacked
  50. Hulk smashes
  51. Fem’s team’s stats are simply so much lower that they just fucking die. Also my team kills.”
  52.
  53. VERDICT:
  54.
  55. The speed equalization point is mostly fake, and Fem failed to prove that Magneto won’t just straight up use his magnetic-shizzles; Mik, on the other hand, showed Magneto using his magnetic-shizzles on alt-versions of Fem’s team, which is a stronger point than basically anything else Fem brought up. Magneto also had very nice feats in this sense.
  56.
  57. Ult Hulk is definitely strong from the get-go - the skyscraper scan served perfectly to prove that point, as he was just transformed there; even with the context (building already damaged), it’s still nice striking.
  58.
  59. I was definitely mostly convinced by Mik’s “Fem’s team are pussies in-character” argument, meaning that I don’t see any blitzing and redmisting coming from Fem’s team here. Mik’s, on the other hand, as extensively proved by scans, is willing to kill, or at least be ridiculously brutal towards their opponents without hesitating much.
  60.
  61. As it stands, Magneto doesn’t really solo, but he most certainly deals with both Iron Man (who’s using metal suits since no-prep, so rip) right from the start, and disarms Ragnarok, while possibly incapping the fake Thor as well, given the armor. Ragnarok opening with lightning won’t be enough to assure Fem’s team a win or even a leeway that will get them to victory.
  62.
  63. Magneto taking care of 2/3rds of Fem’s Team right from the go, and Ult Thor and especially Ult Hulk being physically superior by a large margin, means that Mik’s Team is winning this.
  64.
  65. MIKHAIL WINS.
