Tell us about yourself : I started playing gta on minecraft when I was about 8-9 years old, I know how to run/moderate a
server and know the up and downs of things. I am 14 years old and am doing very well in school, I play minecraft
24/7 everyday. I have moderated many minecraft servers and I defiantly think I am ready for this role.

Any previous experiences being a staff member : I have a lot of experience as being staff on servers, including
the following: OpGta (Made it to Jr.Mod then resigned). HoodGta (Made it to SrMod then resigned, due to
unprofessional staff team) OmegaGta (Owner)

How do you out stand from everyone else , why do you think we should pick you : I stand out from everyone else because
of a couple things. Firstly, I can listen to the community. A lot of really good gta servers with a lot of
potential die out because of one simple thing, they don't listen to the people playing their game. I believe that
the people playing the server is almost as important as the people making the server. If you do not listen to the
players then they will have no interest in playing. I can listen to players and take in advice from them to help
the community grow as a whole. As a staff member I believe I can achieve making the playerbase
efficient, and a non-toxic place where people can stay. I can stand out from everyone else by making them feel like
they have someone to talk to and/or ask questions to. I will never judge a player of the server for anything, and
will only try to do beneficial things with the server. You should pick me to be your staff member because I will
never be biased/one-sided to another player or staff member. I will also make sure to not be toxic, and only friendly
towards players on the server, and do my best to take in advice. While being an owner on omegagta, it has taught me
a lot, and I think I could use this knowledge to help you grow and make new advancements in the server! I can also record
anytime at a solid fps. I can stand out from everyone else because I am truly motivated to make the server a better server. I can devote a lot of time into this server and can get along well with staff and players. You should pick me as a staff member because I know a ton of plugin knowledge and can help whenever you need me, and can help with most problems you throw at me. I will not complain/nag when you give me work to do. I am truly motivated to make this place better, and that means I will
do a lot of work, anything you need, always. Something that I know separates me from the other people is I know
how to hold my own. I don't need anyone to hold my hand while being staff, because I have had a lot of experience
of being staff on servers. I am different from the other people because I also know how to manage a large
group of people, even in the hardest of times, efficiently. I should be staff because I am also really good at
talking to players. I have really good social skills, which can help me explain different topics, and also help
players that are in need of assistance. I am a very hard worker and I believe I can defiantly make this server
a better place.

Why do you want to become staff : I want to be staff to help the server grow and achieve new things as a whole. Being staff
on this server isn't just a fancy tag, I won't use this role to think of myself higher than anyone else. I truly only
want to help the player-base grow, and help you through the most difficult of times, no matter how hard it is. I want to
become staff on this server to achieve a positive community along with success of the server. As a staff member I would
do my best to help players in need and always watch chat. While player numerous normal/gta servers I can say with almost
100% certainty that a players social status matters to players. As a staff member I will not care about there social
status or how popular they are and do what needs to be done. I want to become staff to make the server a place where people
can feel themselves without getting based or hated on. I will never argue or disrespect another staff member on
the team, and will follow rules of higher staff. If I am staff I will try to see the other players side of things, without
just instantly banning or warning them. As a staff member I will try my best to communicate with the community and only
do positive things when dealing with the server. I want to be a staff member on this server because I love to see
players strive and have fun on a server that I am helping. I can ensure than me being helper on the server will
make the server a better place to stay. I want to be helper on this server also because of the staff team. The
staff team on chaotic gta are solid, and amazing. They treat the players correct, and I can see myself being on the
team. I will not dishonor the server in anyway, and will strive to build potential advancements for the server. I can
also help out with beta testing/normal testing as a staff member, and can be on anytime.

How many hours can you devote into the server a week : On weekdays (Monday-Thursday) I can devote a solid 3 hours+ on
the server and on the weekends (Friday-Sunday) I can devote a solid 6+ hours. All of this is a estimate, because I
also have my own server to care for.

Anything else you would like to add :
I would like to add that my act as changed, I am not the toxic, racist kid, that I used to be. I am now motivated
to do better and only comment/do beneficial things. I am hoping that you can see this in me and accept me on the
staff team.
