Powers: Water-related. The strengh of these powers are dependent on Harry's current mood. If he's sad, scared, etc. he'll be pretty much powerless. But when he feels determined, vengeful, etc. he feels like he can do anything.

Physical Appearance: He's a short cute boy. He has blue eyes, brown hair and wears glasses. Despite one of his powers, his right index finger appears to be normal.
