>>This manga's protagonist, a high school freshman. |
>>The only child in a fatherless family and a huge mothercon. Her father died in the traffic accident before she was born. She is a serious and stupidly honest type whose face easily shows what she's thinking. A talented girl who has been first in her school year since middle school, but lacks any physical strength, and she caught a fever on the day before her entrance exams. Has feelings of "romantic affection" towards her real mother, Ayako. |

>>Mori Ayako (37) |
>>Asuka's mother. Working as a pharmacist. |
>>Married Asuka's father Mori Atsushi, who she was tutoring while studying in university, but became a single mother after he died in an accident shortly afterwards. She's a beauty who turns everyone's head, but really couldn't care less. She conducts herself in a gentle manner, but her real character is relatively dry. She can't help but show affection for her only daughter, Asuka. A kind mother who is good at cooking. |

>>The person who is half of me. |
>>Mori Asuka is a mothercon high school girl who has started to love her real mother, Ayako. Not just platonically, but romantically towards her blood-related parent. |
>>Blood relative. Same gender. One-side love. The sense of guilt and desire to monopolize Ayako. The jealousy towards other people. All these uneasy feelings and desires reached their limit when Asuka pushed down Ayako after she came home drunk. Ayako, who was surprised, shook off Asuka's hand by reflex. |
|
>>Asuka was hurt following her rejection. Ayako was initially bewildered from being confessed to by her daughter, but came to realise Asuka was troubled by complicated worries and hugged her gently. However, Ayako's kindness only further hurt Asuka, who believed that "she could only be a daughter to her". Ayako and Asuka's feelings passed by each other. |

>>Let me note two things. |
- | >>Firstly, which actually happened last month, this manga got a drama CD! Amazing! I'm so happy! Asuka-chan is so cute! Ayako-san is so sexy!!! I bow down to the wonderful product created by producer Kokoro-san and all the cast members, and it probably won't come back up. The downloadable version is publically available on circle head Kokoro-san's BOOTH site, so I would be certainly happy if you'll take an interest to hear it and compare it to manga. Who knows? Maybe they'll make a second one...?
