| 2 | This year SpeedGaming is hosting a live event in late October, in the Washington DC area (tentative dates Oct 17-20 or Oct 24-27). We'll be doing two streams from this event: a charity marathon (GDQ style), and a set of live tournaments (with prizes). Since SG's main strength is the many communities we work with, we'd like to represent all those communities at the event in whatever way we can. | |

| 4 | We're looking to partner with different game communities to put on some sub-events. For example giving you a block in the charity marathon which you can fill as desired (regular runs, relay races, showcases, etc). | |

| 6 | Another collaboration possibility is to host an on-site tournament. We will have a stage and stream setup to broadcast the matches, and we'll have a room of consoles and stations for any off-stream matches to take place. | |

| 8 | - | A third possibility would to do a full side-event of your own. A live event, streamed to your community channel, from that same venue co-located with SG's event. We're already renting a substantial amount of space and the internet connection, and we're getting sponsors to help out with equipment, so we have the option of letting other communities use the space as well. |
