 Reasonably speaking, mandibuzz will pretty much always be mixed, and even defensive variants will get 2hko'd by ice punch after rocks. Even if rocks are off, foul play cannot OHKO mixed variants, so its either forced to roost stall and hope for no attack boost or hope its mixed and get a really high roll.
