| 13 | Note that I need to update a few of these to include more info i've since learned. An example is that for city sizes, while the figures I have for the largest cities such as Tenochtitlan, Teotihuacan, Tikal, Calakmul, El Mirador, etc is on point, as far as I know, the numbers I give for average city sizes and medium-large cities such as Texcoco, Cholula, Itzapalapa, Xochimilco, etc is potentially too high (especially if by 'average": you interpret it as "average settlement" rather then "average for cities (excluding towns/villages) | |
| 14 | ||
| 15 | EX: I state texcoco had 60,000 people inside the core and the surronding suburbs but excluding the adjacent towns/villagfes, when it's more likely that the 60,000 is including those adjacent towns/villages and the core/suburbs only had 20,000 - 30,000; but I need to do more reading and reach out to some researchers to verify, since then again some other new sources i've read also back up that original 60,000 figure. | |
