Hair iskept short, and beard is usually nonexistant.

+Temperment:  He's known as "Cranky Frankie" for a reason: he's rather grumpy and cranky, and is prone to outbursts if you dare fuck up anything in his restaurant. He's also rather cynical and has a less than happi view of the world, having seen how the police act, how people act, all the gang wars and mafia fights that break out in his time as a mobster. He doesn't open up about his personal problems too often, but when he does, his normally closed-off heart opens up and he will gladly take a few shots and make a few jokes along with you, and give advice when needed. He loves his diner to death, although you wouldn't be able to tell from a glance. He's also not much of a killer. In his own words, "I already did enough killing in my life; Gonna shoot to disable, unless that person ain't gonna sit well in prison and is a bigger risk alive than dead."

+Ability/Strengths:  "You can't win all your fights by just wavin' a gun around and shootin' everything like a dumbass," he says. He's quick on the draw and has been in enough mobster fights to understand what makes certain kinds of people tick, and he knows how to make the shot that puts things in his favor. He is also what some people call a "Spitfire", a gun toting mage that knows how to embue guns with special properties, such as turning normal bullets into silver bullets when dealing with werewolves. In addition, he can sense the "soul" of guns, and hear their thoughts. He's also pretty good at sockin' people if he needs to.

+Weaknesses: While agile and powerful, he's not the type of person who can take too many hits without falling to his knees.  It's also possible that they could piss him off so much, he goes around and becomes unnaturally calm, a monster that has no qualms about shooting anyone, ally or foe, that gets in the way of what he wants, and someone who is more than fine with making people beg for their lives.
