 Q: What is Ace of Spades 0.54?
 "AoS is a WWI-themed online multiplayer strategic FPS with voxel-based building and a procedurally generated map. The simplest description would be Minecraft with guns."

 Q: What is the objective of this game?
 The objective of this game is to steal the enemy intel and bring it back to your tent. The first team to get 3 points wins the match.

 Q: How do I join a server?
 Enter the AoS-Address (for example: aos://21953458) in your browsers address-bar and press enter. Select Ace of Spades.
 
 Note: May not work with Google Chrome.

 Q: How do I change my name?
 You can change your name in the config.ini file, which is in your Ace of Spades directory (most likely "C:\Ace of Spades"). Just change the name from Deuce to something else, save the file, and rejoin the server.

 Q: Is it possible to play AoS in window-mode/in a different resolution.
 It is not possible to play this version in window-mode. You could try changing the resolutions in your config.ini, but it's not guaranteed that it will work.

 Q: What happens when I press ESC, and why does everybody tell me to do it?
 When you press the ESC-key you leave the server immediately. And people most likely tell you to press ESC because you ask stupid questions that are answered in the FAQ.

 Q: What can the server-host do?
 The Host is able to choose the map, set the player-limit, kick people and shut the server down.

 Q: Is the server full/down?
 Read the thread, other people are most likely talking about it if the server is full/down.

 Q: How do I uninstall other Ace of Spades versions?
 Open Programs and Features by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Programs, and then clicking Programs and Features. Select the AoS-game, and then click Uninstall.

 Q: How do I get blocks?
 Either by dying, in the tent (see 1.2) or by using the pickax. Simply destroy another terrain block with it and you get 1 block back.

 Q: I'm hosting a server, how do I play custom-maps?
 First, you have to download the map you want to host and put it in your Ace of Spades/vxl folder! If you have done this, simply start the server.exe and instead of writing "gen" write the name of the map without the .vxl. For example "Scandinavia" or "Normandie".

  1.2 The Map
 
 - The big "+" in your teams colors:
 The team-tent. You can fill up your health/blocks/ammo in this place. Also if you have the intel on you, you have to bring it to the thent to make it count.
 
 - The blue/green square:
 This is where the intels are. Depending on your team, the other color is the enemy-intel and your own the intel of your team. But beware: People sometimes build fake-squares that look like intels on the map, to confuse the enemy.
 
 - The blue circle:
 That's you.
 
 - The white circles:
 Your team-mates.
 
 
 2. Server Hosting

 Don't forget to always check UDP! A lot of people miss this in the windows-firewall (and other firewalls you have installed)
 
 2. Creating the Server-Adress
 
 Before we start this, you should know that you - the host - have to connect from a different server-address than the other people. For example, the address on the thread is aos://34353454, but the host has to connect from aos://234523534. That's why we are going to create two of them, the user-address and the host-address.
 
 USER-ADDRESS:
 
 Now, go to http://www.romanito.com/aceofspades/ipconverter/ and press the "Your IP" button. The aos://... adress on the bottom is the address of your server. Give the people this one to let them connect.
 
 If you want to play on your own server (you probably want to) we have to create the host-address now.
 
 HOST-ADDRESS:
 
 Take your IPv4-address (see step 1.) and go to http://www.romanito.com/aceofspades/ipconverter/ again, now don't press the button but enter the IPv4 address. The aos://... you get now is the one you connect with, it is useless for everyone else.
 
 This was everything, if it still doesn't work you probably did something wrong in the process. Try again or give up and ask us in the thread!
