157 | This is first time when I have to rate support bad. Your quality of support was really poor. I asked if I could get refund or ROW key, since you didn't inform me that your key is region-locked. 3 people answered my ticket and I got lots of copy-paste messages. I'd like to thank Daniele, even if I didn't like what she did, she was the only one who typed her message herself. I got lots of messages that sounded like this: "Hey, this isn't our fault so fuck off!" You only said it more politely. This really made me to change my mind about your company. When I started to use GMG, it was the best company I had ever used. I bought some games from you and were really happy. Now you're the worst company I've met so far. I've had many issues which needed support (Nothing to do about GMG) and I almost always got a solution. Once I didn't get a solution but the support was still really good. You ask why? They typed those messages manually and didn't use copy-paste! They gave me solutions (None of them worked for me though) and they tried to help. You just sent me copy-paste messages and didn't even really bother to help me. And then when I found out that you did something against the law, you just blocked me. Is that what customer support needs to do? No, no and more no. They need to help people and give them solutions, but you didn't do it. Would that be hard to add EU after the game name? No! You would just have to message someone who works with your site to do this and this problem wouldn't happen. It's really sad how good company like you turned into really really bad one. And again, blocking your customer who told you that did something wrong is really disappointing. Nobody redeemed that Skyrim key, so would that be hard to revoke it and give me my GMG credits back? I don't think it would be hard. Anyway, you're the worst support I've ever had. If you don't stop this, you'll probably lose many customers and get big dirty stamp on your reputation. I don't really care about the game anymore, I care about the idea how you just blocked me. It really sounded like "Fuck off!" I don't think that I will ever forget what you did with me (and probably with many others). Good bye, ~Your highly disappointed customer. |
