 I can't see but i think that the gold from UAE donated to the CP has been uset personal for companies. He take 1019g from country treasury now he have 217, and few Q5 companies. I didn't saw the companies before and i can't check about the upgrade, but he don't have gold donations or Monetary Market transactions...
