These are the steps to connecting to launchpad through bzr:

1) Anywhere, right click and select "Tortoise Bazaar"

2) Then click "Run command" and a window should open up after a few seconds

3) In "command", type "launchpad-login"

4) Under "Options and arguments for commands", type in your launchpad username

5) Back to the (PuTTY Key Generator) window and copy the entire text from under "Public key for pasting into Open SSH authorized_keys file:"

6) Paste the copied text into the blank space given in your account's blank box and then click "Submit" and a message should come back saying it's submitted or something similar

7) Type in a password under "Key passphrase". This can be anything but you have to remember it! The same applies to "Confirm passphrase"
