 Ignis Fatuus
 - Starts out as a being dormant within Stephan, until he's awakened during the siblings' venture into Baten Kaitos. Rather than being created purely out of rage, he's everything negative about Stephan (anger, manipulation, addiction, and philanderer); he still has a grudge against Audrey, but rather than kill her, he wants to make her life a living hell, as well as being a bit more...incestuous towards her. Reasoning for going after Kalas is instead to manipulate Audrey's crush towards him, as well as the belief that they're Not So Different.
 Dani
 - Also starts out dormant within Audrey, awakening during the soul bind incident. Rather than being silenced, she's booted out after the fight against her, where she remains in hiding for a few years after taking form. Has no antagonistic behavior against Ignis at any point, though she still uses him to her own ends.
 Kairi
 - Post-Dream Drop Distance. Aside from what we have for her history, she had a falling out with Kynthia over the demigoddess' hypocritical and self-centered behavior, instead befriending Audrey, but staying good friends with Greg. Also, has a Dream Eater symbol on her clothes in the dreams, to show that she is one of the proto-Spirits to Lidia's "Nightmare". Also also, Naminé was never sarcastic, instead being the more levelheaded and nicer of the two KH counterparts.
 Sora
 - Post-Dream Drop Distance. Aside from what we have for his history (BBS plot, finding out Kyn is dead), he went through the Realm of Sleep with Audrey helping him, and saved Tron of The Grid. He still failed his test, but managed to get more out of it. He also got some of the Keyblades of Dream Drop Distance, but not all by a long shot.

 - Post-Dream Drop Distance. Aside from what we have for his history, he was in the BBS plot instead of Kynthia, and took Void Gear from Vanitas Remnant directly after defeat, hearing his last words of "It never hurts to have a backup" along with Sora and Kairi. He went through Dream Drop Distance alongside Kairi, but only he became a Keyblade Master, with Kairi only going in to train more.
 Lea (Axel)
 - Same history generally as we already have for him, so as to give him something to do between Kingdom Hearts II and Dream Drop Distance, but without the tattoos on his face and calling himself Lea instead. Like the others, went through Dream Drop Distance, and now has his "Leablade".
