However, their cannons are aimed incorrectly.  They started by creating the National Education Center (NEC) in 2001. They tried with changing the syllabus slightly and progressively so that parents and students would not notice. They deliberately make the normal subjects look bad and experimented with Integrated Humanities. Some sources from teachers show that they don't know how to make the tutorials and they can't have much preparation work. Afterwards, they make the media play the National Anthem before the news report in the evening. All these are done by the NEC.
