Hi there, I am Crent My IRL name Is Jake, I am applying for manager as I think I would be a great asset to the server. I can help financially, be on a support team, help out everywhere as well as contribute to coding/config/overall management/staff management.
I know what to add in formats for Applications so we get the right info we need form the certain application the player is applying for. I know who to send to who, for what is wrong. For example: Someone hacking, I would send a Admin, since they are higher and have the more commands then a Mod / Helper. But if someone needs help with a question I would send a Admin - . I know that if a Staff Abusers they'll be demoted due to what they abused on. I know who to decline from lack of in-activity, not helping in-game, not kicking / banning / tempbanning / muting / jailing the spammers | advertisers | cussers | etc. I know what commands to give to a rank so the person doesn't get really good commands if they are a Helper or on Trial so we can see what they are like. I will teach the staff rules and what to do everyday, how active they have to be, punishments a player will receive if the player Spams | Advertisers | Cussers | etc. I'll be very active to manage / teach the staff and accept / demote staff / players if they deserve it or are abusing.
 If I do get Staff-Manager, I will strive to be a mature, active, and as fair of a Manager to the server as I can be. I will give other players advice, welcome new players, bring new players, manage the staff, train them, have meetings and make the server a good time. But I want to expand on this a bit. See the attributes I just described seem to me as a given. They are part of the the job that Staff-Manager are supposed to do anyway. I want to help in ways that other players may not. I will be active on the forums, I will try to resolve other players conflicts be civilized means. I will speak for players who can't or won't speak for themselves. I will always back up my kicks with screenshots. I will try to help other players with non-server stuff like Skype, YouTube, Steam, etc. I will use Minechat when I can't access a computer or when I am away. I own Minechat pro, so using /kick is very easy and very fast if I needed to use it. If no one is talking or people are arguing, I will bring up other topics for the server discussions, instead of needless $&@?!ing. I will be active on the forums and the new website as much as possible. I will try to incorporate humor into the server to make it a comfortable place for everyone. And as always I will use my knowledge of the actual game to help other players with in-game things. I will bring intelligent answers to both intelligent and idiotic questions from players. I am good with computers so I will help players with that if they need it. Just various little things that could be helpful. Because of the reset, we will have many new players who may not know all the rules. Even if I don't get Staff-Manager, I will do my best to make it a wonderful place to them. To conclude I will bring to the server what any good staff member should bring, plus other little things that may be of use.

Do you have experience with being staff?:* In my opinion, I have quite a bit of experience as a staff member and I have been playing Skyblock for a good few years now so I know how it works. I can also help by Managing the forums and watching discord and watching chat if anyone needs help or someone is breaking the chat rules. That's why i think it'd be better to recruit more staff members that are different time zones, And since it's summer i'm on every day and am able to help out as much as possible. I have been playing for a long time, and know how the basics of being staff on this server works, I also know that SkyRuins can be confusing to others, at the beginning, and understand their need to be more people that can help them, Also you should accept me because of my experience as a staff member, Also it's summer for some people including me and in the morning there are no staff members on which means there can be many hackers, that's why i could be here to make sure the chat and the server would be clean. I feel that I can bring a tremendous amount of help to The server. First off, I'm an extremely active member. I can help clean the server of hackers, toxicity, and other things of the sort. I am a well-mannered person and I can deal with problems efficiently. I play sky block a lot so I know my commands and I can teach other players that are new or not new some techniques. I spend most time of the day monitoring chat and giving people ideas on their applications on what kind of things they need to add on their staff application on forums.
Also, I'm always 100% respectful towards all players, I will never ever abuse my granted permissions/privileges. I'm obliged and committed to my job and will always complete a task that needs finishing. I know what to do in most situations as I will explain now. If someone is hacking, First of I can't ban them under any circumstances if I don't have proof. If they are in denial, I can provide them with the proof. If someone is spamming, First of all, I will give them 3 kicks, Which would represent as warnings. If they have bypassed all these warnings I will take further action and temporarily mute them for about 10-15 minutes, If after this time period and they are still spamming I will give them 1 last temporary mute if after this and they are carrying on, I will give them a permanent mute. if someone was disrespecting, I would give them 2-3 warnings, if after these warnings, And they are still disrespecting they will receive a 35-40 minute mute, If after this and they are still disrespecting they will receive a permanent mute.
 
What makes you different from other applicants?:* I am a loyal, kind hard working young male and I would love to be staff on your server.
