 "Can be seen only once per playthrough" means that this will not occur again until you do a clean restart. Loading an earlier save file will not reset this.
 
 There's 11 special poems in total. Three are randomly chosen when you start a fresh game, and cannot be changed without clean restart.
 
 
 
 Every time classroom background is loaded, there's 1 in 6 chance of a poster being replaced with "Hang in there, baby!".
 
 When composing poems, there's a 1 in 101 chance Yuri's sticker face is replaced with a spooky one. Can be seen only once per playthrough.
 When composing poem for day 2 or 3, there's a 1 in 401 chance for any word to be replaced with gibberish. Selecting that word will cause graphics to break. It gives 0 points to both girls.
 When composing poem for day 3, there's a 1 in 11 chance of Monika sticker jumping off-screen.
 
 After composing poems, there's 1 in 6 chance of an image of Sayori scrolling through. Can be seen only once per playthrough.

 If you go down the Yuri route on day 1 instead, you'll get an extra scene with her and Monika on day 3.
 
 When Monika brings you to club for the first time, there's a 1 in 3 chance of a unique corrupted sprite being shown for her.
 
 When Monika greets you on day 1 (as in, the day with first poem sharing), the background slowly rotates and zooms in. Difference is very noticeable after a minute, but might go unnoticed if you go through too fast or don't pay attention.
 If Natsuki hates your poem on day 1, there's a 1 in 3 chance of her eyes popping out.
 
 When Yuri greets you on day 2, there's 1 in 3 chance of her sprite being corrupted.
 When Yuri apologizes to Natsuki, there's 1 in 4 chance of her speaking gibberish.
 After reading all poems on day 2, there's 1 in 3 chance of screen pulsating red and veins showing up on the sides of screen.
 After reading all poems on day 2, there's 1 in 3 chance of Sayori's glitched head replacing mouse cursor.
 
 When Monika shows you her poem on day 3, it'll show glitch red/green rectangles if you're playing in a window, and fake bluescreen if you're playing in fullscreen.
 
 When launching the game, there's 1 in 4 chance of the disclaimer/trigger warning being replaced with one of 12 special messages.
 There's also 1 in 64 chance to encounter a "ghost" main menu. Several things be seen there, I recommend checking it out yourself. If the game isn't completely black right after you start it, quit and restart. Can be seen only once per playthrough.
