Fluff: Immortal, powerful and talented. That is a vampire. It does sound like a really good deal... Asides from the whole "sunlight causing extreme pain" and "craving blood" part. Sanguinon is the land of blood. A land led by the (most?) ancient vampire Hruthgar and his kin. Much of what is told of vampires isn't true, they are not "unholy devilspawns" and they do not need to kill in order to feed, spreading out the feedings among several people will give them plenty of time to recover before they are fed on again.

Sanguinon is structured with the vampires as undisputed rulers and then plenty of thralls and even free mortals under them. Many consider this cruel, but others laud the protection and stability the mortals recieve along with possibility of being taken into the vampirekin and given immortality. Outwardly strict adherence to their religion and obedience to scripture, while internally are still vampires; prevalent decadent overlords who are naturally oppressive and ambitious with no trace of empathy. It provides a challenge to any outward force that would oppose us on the traditional stage of vampire extermination but lets us continue our ways more discreetly and pleasantly .

Goverment type: The govermance is the supreme rule of vampires. the older the more power a vampire has. Bloodlines also determine position in the everchanging political spectrum of things. But since times immemorial however the vampireking has been the same, Lord Sanguenor, founder of Sanguinon and possibly source of vampirism.

In combat, attackers must specifically deploy methods and tactics to destroy vampires, and vampire units may roll a d10 if they are destroyed; they will, for a small cost in blood, respawn instantly (roll of 7+).
