Jutsu 2: Great Spiraling Ring (Projectile) - After casting for 2 seconds, Menma fires forward a Great Spiraling Ring that explodes upon colliding with an enemy or the environment. If it hits an enemy, they take an initial 20 damage and is chakra sealed for 60 seconds. The explosion is 30 damage in a 3 tile AoE. 30 second cooldown.

2: Giant Snake Summon - Summons a white snake out of the ground that bites enemies 2 tiles infront of him, dealing 15 damage, poisoning and knocking up.

Jutsu 2: Hokuto and Nanto (Melee Utility) - 2 tile. Menma first summons Hokuto to attach to the enemy, slowing them down, lasting for 5 seconds. If Menma hits the enemy again with this jutsu while Hokuto is active, he attaches Nanto to the enemy and they are binded by the priests for 5 seconds. 2 second CD after the first cast, 10 second CD after the second.
