+	Carter grew up in Manchester, UK, with his two parents, never having siblings, growing up as an only child. His family was high class, his father having an important job in a technology company that made him travel a lot, and unconsciously, he was somewhat absent in most of his childhood; Since he was a child, thanks to his mother, he has always been a fan of musical theater and cinematography, and dreamed of being an artist, more than anything else, being an actor, taking music as a hobby at first. He asked his mother for acting lessons when he was 10 years old, and she could not deny it, over time, he became a child with potential, so much so that he tried to audition for small children's roles in the UK, but he was rejected most of the time because "it wasn't the face they were looking for". That made him interested in Korean entertainment companies, where a boy of just 14 saw the opportunity to fulfill a dream, and he sent many auditions online, until he was accepted by Pledis Entertainment & Starship Entertainment,in both companies but as a kpop trainee, I disappointed him a little, but he knew that in a company he could be closer than ever to his dream, so after talking to his parents (his father not showing so much interest) he decided to accept Pledis , and moved to the Korean dorms.

+	In Pledis things were not very great for him, he had trained to act and the company knew it, but they treated him equally to others; something that he understood deep down, but his character did not allow him not to express how he felt about it, which he learned was a mistake when the first and not the last slap came to his face without mercy; At first he thought it was just him, but then he saw the pattern, and realized that the reason they treated him differently was that he was not entirely Korean, but half Korean, half British, a foreign in other words. Slowly his personality was forming into something different, more closed, more demanding, more "perfect", but for them nothing was enough, and he vividly remembers that night that they made him stay later than the others, and how he couldn't recognize himself in the mirror That's when he knew it was enough, and he asked his mother that when her three-year contract, which was to be in four months of that day, be fulfilled, that she not renew it.

So even in Pledis, he decided to go in secret to the company's auditions in Seoul, and quickly the acceptance came, he did not think twice, when he left Pledis, he automatically entered Starship in the same year of 2017.

After a while of talking, the talent scout realized that the boy wanted to pursue acting as well as music, and that no matter how good starship was, they weren't going to allow him to train for both of them, so the woman proposed exactly that, that he audition for Young, and that if he did get in, they could discuss a way he could train acting overtime.
