- Three limericks for snow-people, by Dick ‘Sniffler’ Cohen:
- T’was once a snow-person named Nat,
- Of great int’rest to a local stray cat,
- It leaped from a shed,
- Destroy’d poor Nat’s head,
- Which now looked like something’d been shat.
- T’was once a snow-person named Rob,
- His signature dish? Corn- on the cob!
- One night at the grill,
- Alas- enough heat to kill,
- Snow-person becameth snow-blob.
- T’was once a snow-person named Nelli,
- That made just wonderful gin-flavoured jelly,
- The talk of the town,
- Only smiles, not a frown,
- From North London to just past New Delhi.
