Dedication is something that most people do not posses when working jobs like this. Sure... some people will work hard for about 2 or 3 weeks but then start slacking off because they are not dedicated to their job to protect everybody around them. Last but not least, courage. Courage is a strength I have that I am very proud to have. I'm the type of person to take full responsibility for my mistakes. I don't try to run away from my problems.
