**3. Why do you believe you were banned?**

- I was banned for removing a .exe file not sure what it is or when it was deleted. (During a SS)

**4. What were you doing when you were banned?**

- I was frozen and was SS'd no cheats were found on my MC.


**5. Do you have any proof to prove your innocence?**

- Yes, I was banned for this clip and it was pretty clear that I wasn't using a cheat on CB : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CBtQonDoXjE (Apparently I was using reach in this footage it is from my POV)
- And also to prove I didnt remove any sort of cheats from my computer (the "missing" .exe file the staff member banned me for) here is 48 hours of recording prior to the ban  and since i had opened CB (I was recording since I started my PC) to show that I wasn't cheating and didn't delete exe's or anything.... Don't expect anyone to watch it all obviously..... - Additionaly I was on cheatbreaker.
- No cheats were found on my MC and the staff member was very sided that I was 100% not legit and I quote him "Theres no way your legit" while ss'ing me and prompted me to admit ( 2 times ) While he did his job this ban was false ("He was following the rules can't blame him" - Naples) and he gave up looking for any way to get me banned and stopped the SS without finding any cheats or anything which made me think I was  unfrozen and could begin playing with my friend again but I ended up getting banned for 90d with no reason on the ban, after going in ts with my friend and talking to a different staff member he told me the ban reason whilst still providing vague details and we talked some more and he told me to make this appeal.
- Me and my friend recreated the scenario on arcane kitmap building the exact trap we were in using ogclout as the kid in the saferoom and I was in the POV of myself (recreating the video) we both were able to hit eachother while we both were on CB and we could re create this many times even when switching roles / spots. https://youtu.be/OYJ9cCWfMrM, https://youtu.be/UYUYgEwgVso
- The player was jumping which I made ogclout also do in the recreate and the player I was hitting in the allying clip ( the one i got falsebanned for )  was also moving against the fencegate which brought him a little closer to my body, my connection was also pretty bad in this clip because I was uploading another video and my kb was a little delayed.
- I have gotten 122 kills last map, 60 before that, never have I gotten banned for reach.... I also have highest playtime for last map and I was in leaderboard for playtime the map before that and I think i am around #20th for playtime this map.
- Whoever is reading this ban appeal  (admin) I would love to come in TS with you and show you all my proof and my perspective, also showing you any time of the video that proves I am a legit player. I will cooperate and give you everything you need to get me unbanned, I have all the proof that I am legit and I am open to talk about it and do what I need to do to get myself Un false banned. ( Will screenshare any of the clips or anything )
- (While this point is not strong it is still a point) I have played in many different factions and with many people they would be able to vouch me for not cheating.

**6. What will you do in future to ensure this doesn't happen again?**
- This situation was not preventable and if it was I would have done anything in my power to have prevented it. I was not cheating and the staff had no doubts that I was cheating and I was not provided much information about my ban so it would be very difficult to convince the staff members I was not cheating.
