  1. The hard truth behind the concurrent Leadership Team
  2.
  3. Ever since January, the leadership team infighting has basically became more prominent than ever. It is essentially a pointless battle royale to further one’s personal interests under the false context of “democracy”, despite using a system that isn’t even fucking Democratic at all. The infighting still continues to this day, and many of the people with rational minds are failing to keep up between this useless damned fight between conflicting interests.
  4.
  5. Back in 2017-2019, the moderator’s job is to moderate the amino and make sure no one is breaking any rules. Nowadays, the turmoil had stirred way too much that they are fighting over the Agent role as if it meant presidency, all under the false belief that the participants think this amino is a political larp one. This isn’t even close to the democracy the people wanted, which is a way to get into the leadership team without sucking someone off for it. Many aminos have solved this by simply opening applications, but due to how “complicated” it is (by complicated I mean, “man I’m too fucking lazy to take responsibility for it even though there are countermeasures to protect it from going haywire, plus the fact that I want to play God and want my dick sucked anyway”), it still hasn’t been implemented at all. Favouritism is the word everyone wants out when it comes to moderating an amino, and even if we overthrew a tyrant out, it still managed to stay.
  6.
  7. The New Years Coup Attempt was the only movement where the motives (based on the series of requests pastebin) are clear. It wasn’t a takeover but rather a plea for someone to step down. This March revolution was simply giving us an excuse to kill off Polandball Amino for good, because let’s be honest, it would leave a bad taste in our egos if our enemies gets to do that, so we just have to do it ourselves. Of course, for the community to be united again, we all placed the blame on Rhine, making him a scapegoat for every problem we had.
  8.
  9. This doesn’t make Rhine innocent though. He also tried to kill the amino by destabilizing it, also known as purging the active members in the LT so that the remaining ones will become so burdened with work that they will be stressed. We knew it was coming anyway, so we sped up it’s downfall from a couple of years to a mere half-day. Now, in an attempt to make sure nobody hoards any power again, our clever LT made Agent terms, completely ignorant of the fact that this means you can unironically make Political parties to bypass this power hoarding. To be honest, we could’ve been better off if the LT decides who becomes agent, and let people enter the leadership team through applications without spoils.
  10.
  11. In the end, corruption gets us all. Any sane person has the chance to turn insane when given power, and not everyone has another chance of refusing to take the bait. It all happens to the best of us, which is why the term “lesser of two evils” is much more preferable than “greater of two heroes”. I myself am a victim of this phenomenon, which is one of the reasons why I chose to retire instead of serving any longer.
  12. The leadership team is by no means comprised of saints, but it also isn’t full of sinners. It just so happens that these people are the ones suited to govern an Amino because none of us has the balls to do so.
