- >mfw by the standards ive seen in the humans of HB i would be considered above average in intelligence just by having common sense
- -
- >Humans are braindead
- But why? I know we're pretty retarded most of the time, but it's still a little absurd.
- -
- There's a big difference between people acting foolish, and people acting like they have severe brain damage
- -
- To be honest, the humans we saw in episode 3 are just drunk and lustful teens and young adults.
- -
- Even the drunkest dumbass spring break teenager would immediately be able to tell that a 4 foot tall cherry red humanoid is not a fucking possum
- -
- It's a cartoon, man. Relax! Characters have brain damage in cartoons.

- What >>36555685 said and also every human in the pilot
- -
- The fact that medical professionals weren't alarmed at seeing hellborn imps lounging around in a hospital is pretty telling
- Maybe the only smart people left are rednecks and rural types
- -
- Maybe it was a back alley clinic that didn't ask a lot of questions.
- -
- >Maybe the only smart people left are rednecks and rural types
- So... All the “city slickers” meme was true?
- -
- Lets not forget that in the pilot a portal to hell opens up in front of a news camera, and in a public location, before a dead corpse is tossed out and several demons pop their heads out and wave to the camera.
- Maybe the pilot is not considered canon? The biggest 'breaches' of demons being flaunted to Earth all occur in the pilot, whereas the only witness to demons on Earth are either all dead or were sufficiently intoxicated that anything they saw can be easily dismissed.
- Of course there's the matter of the giant fuck off fish monster corpse rotting on Earth.
- -
- ONI probably got wind of that fish fucker real quick and got the whole thing covered up with a few SEAL teams and Marine Force Recon mopping up
