- {"reviewBody":"As someone who has a long history with budget IEMs, I can tell you these buds aren't much to write about. Not saying they're bad, but you can find better sound quality elsewhere for around the same price range.\n\nLet's focus on what is decent about them. They have very full sounding mids. Male vocals sound rich and profuse. The bass is very upfront for those that like it. And the sensitivity on these IEMs get surprisingly loud, meaning they're very easy to drive.\n\nBut a lot of these qualities can also be found in most other budget IEMs nowadays. Where the MC02 falls behind is in terms of technicalities and just general refinement. For example, the bass is tuned to be rather obtrusive. It is always boomy regardless of the song or passage and it sounds very monotone. The highs are recessed and sound primitive. Soundstage is non-existent. Stereo separation is subpar. I've heard this same kind of sound from the MC02 in many other cheap IEMs. There's nothing special about it.\n\nOverall while I think most people will like the MC02's, the fact is you can get much better sound for the same price or lower. For example, I recently tried the TRN Dolphin which is better in every way. And if you look at IEMs from the likes of KZ, Moondrop or Truthear, they all likely have a model in this price range that performs more impressively.","reviewTitle":"Average sound quality for the price","asin":"B0H8S4VN7B","productTitle":"CCZ MC02 Max IEM, 10mm Dual-Magnet Dynamic Driver Gaming Earbuds 3.5mm | UV-Cured PC shells, PET Diaphragm and 5N OFC Cable with Ergonomic Fit, Sound Isolation for Music Gaming","images":["https://files.catbox.moe/psdk2m","https://files.catbox.moe/jhskeo","https://files.catbox.moe/tkgzec","https://files.catbox.moe/2v3av5"],"savedAt":"2026-09-04T00:32:45.992Z"}
