Distinguished Delegates,

It is to report on interceptions of communications flow in computer systems, duly authorized by the competent judicial authority for a period of 15 days on IP (internet protocol) of the Opportunity group.

In order to optimize the work, was used as a filter expression "@ opportunity" in order to separate e-mails whose content could be relevant to the investigation in question, thereby focusing on the work undertaken by police.

• Maria Amalia Delfim de Melo Coutrim, an official of Opportunity and acts together with Veronica Dantas, as a partner in several companies, as well as deliberative councils, boards of companies in the Opportunity Group. It is worth noting that the stakes are most often only one action, a condition necessary to be able to apply deliberative council of the companies (according to Law 6404 Section III, art. 146), and at the same time as shareholders of companies that are fund managers who invest in companies which are part of the board (management position), this in turn makes the decisions that will often impact the financial market in the country, thus facilitating access to privileged information and can therefore performing various acts such as buying shares on the market before publication of the results of the Assembly, to sell such information to trusted brokerage, act in many ways, causing irreparable damage to the credibility of the Brazilian financial system. • Eduardo Penido Miller is an employee of Opportunity and acts the same way above the others, partner companies, participates in the deliberative councils and boards.

• Danielle Silbergleid Ninio an official of Opportunity and besides acting as a partner, participate in the deliberative councils like the one above, also is a key part of the Legal Opportunity.

• Bhering Rodrigo de Andrade is an employee of Opportunity and acts the same way above the others, partner companies, participates in the deliberative councils and boards.

• Robert Naji Nahas is a businessman and one of the largest investors in the financial market, has Brazilian nationality but was born in Lebanon. Have contact with the Group opprotunity, especially Daniel Dantas has a strong presence on the Stock Exchange of São Paulo (BOVESPA), which was key figure in the 1989 episode, where the Bovespa broke at the time was charged to act with oranges, manipulate the market among other feats. His performance and "modus operandi" of how close the Group operates Opportunty always privileged information obtained so excuse.

• Daniela Maluf Pfeiffer is an employee of Opportunity and acts the same way above the others, partner companies, participates in the deliberative councils and boards.

• Arthur Joaquim de Carvalho is an employee of Opportunity and acts the same way above the others, partner companies, participates in the deliberative councils and boards.
• Maria Alice Carvalho Dantas is the wife of Daniel Dantas is used as a trusted person in the family to be a member of some group companies. Not working actively in the Group's management only as "partner in the role."
• Luis Roberto Demarco, ex-partner Daniel Dantas entered into a legal dispute after infighting and business (not part of the group, but in context and is part of the investigation).


OF CRIMINAL ORGANISATION

The Opportunity group has a long history, is marked by several controversial and questionable facts, many reported in the media, other facts that triggered lawsuits, police investigations or indirectly the subject of discussion were the scandals that culminated in the CPI.
The approach of the Group with public officials, lobbyists, journalists, business leaders, people are very articulate issues always related to the Group and are also the subject of this investigation, since the joints in various public and private spheres it is necessary to this criminal organization to continue operating in a protected form.
It was found that the Opportunity Group, joined the Citibank a few years before beginning the process of privatization of the system TELEBRÁS in July 1998. This corporate chain formed and strategically planned the highest bidder in the auction fixed TELE CENTRO SUL (BRAZIL TELECOM current) and mobile TELE NORTE CELULAR (CELL current AMAZON) and Telemig Celular. The embezzlement of the group is clear, the practice of investment maneuvers with the use of privileged information, creations of numerous companies, many companies are "shelf" used solely for loan transactions, and AFAC's (Advances for Future Capital Increase), forming a complex tangle which makes it virtually impossible to trace the money of the Organization. Along with accounting practices to manipulate the results of group companies, there postponement of legal practices and other process engineered by the group along with major law firms as Barbosa, Musnich and Aragon, Nelio Machado, Gordilho, Pavie Ribeiro and Aragon, among others even abroad.
Note that the object and even more important, source of enrichment of the control group is this whole business of corporate created, which behind it all is Daniel Valente Dantas Group above and below, without prejudice to other people who act less important, however, also necessary for the purpose which is to control everything.
Once in control of all companies and investment funds group, through deliberative councils, administrators and managers, the field is prepared for the venture, which would be approval of strategic measures of short, medium and long term forward these companies such as accounting firms, investment policies that may favor their own interests, acts and facts that support the accounting group, such as incorporation, and merger, approval of loans, loans, expenditures in general (business spending approved to pay other companies).

Lucianne, okay? Sorry for the delay in return. We were focused on changing service providers for some of the Unique six months. Take this opportunity to inform you that we change the RTA Butterfield Fund to UBS Dublin, outsourced the calculation of share of the fund that had been done internally to UBS and hired PWC as auditors of the Fund. I attach herewith the new PPM Unique to these changes. Well, so the opening account of the Opportunity Fund is taking a little longer. Remains in our interest to open up the account with the JP and so you can return with the comments in the ISDA.

The lowest price for replacement of carpet was R $ 1,300.00, however the quality of the carpet is not the same as the car's original carpet.
