Bullshit. Anyone with professional experience in the field knows that both DEQ and Bullseye had to know what they were getting away with.

Do not believe ANYTHING not said under oath from either DEQ people or Bullseye people. And I would also advise a hefty dose of scepticism on that. That astroturf group can say whatever suits the Bullseye narrative, without being answerable.

Don't believe any statement that doesn't fit the facts. Petitioning for tricky exemptions, and misrepresentation of their processes prove knowing exploitation of DEQ's criminally lax regulation.
