- *AHEM* And thus the party entered Cyprus. :)
- As stated before Cyprus is a gigantic city built atop a mesa surrounded by a great, circular canyon. Four bridges connect it to the mainland. A spiraling stairway is carved out at one point for those of you who want to descend off into the canyon area, but they were warned pretty quickly that this lead to the shadier area/the slums and where those terrorists had came from in the first place. The buildings placed on the mesa are crafted mostly in a wasteland Barionese fashion -- red sandstone buildings with several designs, church with large domes at the top, etc etc. A few murals are painted into the sides of the buildings, depicting the various pieces of history in Cyprus; including one the war with Valmastre. Overall the city itself is large enough to prevent them from seeing anything but buildings over the horizon, and is divided into blocks like usual. The train actually heads off into an underground train station, down a ramp shortly after entering the place from the bridge.
- Dylan gathered everyone up who wasn't in the present group at the time, before marchingg them towards the desk to receive appropriate instructions. Everyone was given a set of maps folded up with a red ribbon and a golden coupon. This coupon would be used for staying over at any hotel they wished for free. They'd find that a few other passengers on the bus (including Oliver/Elana) had received the golden coupon as well. Wil and Derek wheeled Dason off the train and were instructed to take him off for interrogation at a nearby government facility. They were instructed specifically not to torture him if he was willing to talk but otherwise use any means necessary to gather any information they could off him. Elaine was allowed to go as well(who would obviously be reluctant to be anywhere near the interrogation cell). Eventually Dylan then decided the pair everyone accordingly
- Dylan, Joan, and Flore would patrol most of the central area.
- Leo and Dallas were to inspect the eastern area.
- God
- Vera and Ethan were instructed to inspect the areas around the canyons. Thanks to Vera's thaumaturgy he'd be able to hide his face if he'd like for the sake of disguising himself. (Which his fellow thaumaturges stressed him to do.) He was also told to hide his military uniform of course, and dress as casual as possible. Ethan was told to go here mainly because his grandmother's house is actually located on the road into the canyon...which secludes her from a lot of people, actually. He was allowed to head straight into his grandma's house and do whatever. Vera was allowed to wait there if he chose to do so but by all means would not be stopped if he decided to head straight into the slums.
- Jean meanwhile woke up. He apparently passed out from the pain of smacking into a rock, but to his surprise rather than a hard, rocky surface beneath him, he felt warm bedding with a blanket neatly tucked over his body. He smelled beef stew wafting through the air.
- Wil, Derek, and Elaine walked into a government facility wheeling Dason off. They were eventually pointed to an interrogation room before taking him towards the door. Dason actually said he'd be fine with speaking with them through the cell he's currently in but if they wished to release him from his miniature prison that'd be okay. Elaine stayed outside of the door before Wil, Derek, and Dason headed off into the interrogation room: Which is pretty simple. A large table with a few chairs lined up around it. A few cabinets, bulletin board, etc etc. Dason remained cool and casual whether they freed him or not, and awaited for the two to begin their questioning. Derek gestured towards Wil to begin first.
- Dylan, Joan, and Flore were footing it through central in search of a good hotel. Their legs are pretty much noodles from all the walking. Well, Flores is anyway, Joan and Dylan were managing quite fine. Joan had of course told Flore that she'd teach her how to properly aim and shoot the gun eventually, but for now they had to go through the pain of footing around. Dylan also offered to help her in basic Thaumaturgy, but still refused to teach her anything about flame control.
- Ethan'd arrive at his grandma's house! It was a quaint little doorway with an overhanging structure placed over the porch. The front of the building looks like it's built into the side of the canyon wall itself. Hanging from the front door is a dream catcher. Vera was, as stated before, allowed to skip past this if he wanted to. Or stay.
- Elaine frowned, before leaning up to peck Wil on the cheek. "I'll see you later, then -- be careful." With that, Derek nods and heads towards one of the bars, leaving Dason and Wil at the walkway alone. "Right. We could probably do whatever you're planning under this bridge, really."
