they have drugs a LOT, everyone there has got high on their blueblood drug at least once. blueblood is like berries and stuff, does hallucinations
some animals and monsters get a lot of the drug poured into them, which makes their body sprout flowers, have black flesh, and makes them want to spread the drug more. also makes them want to reproduce more because their children get the same sort of flowers and stuff, so yeah you can fuck 'em

lives inside caves carved into the walls of the Nothingness, which are hidden with special boulder things - the cities are relatively safe as a result.
they worship giant dragon-worms, love music and singing, and do a lot of nice stuff with cloth
they used to rule the woooooorld (read: the nothingness) but got fucked over by the Aspects and the Hunters
their society is actually pretty chill and is probably the best place to live in the Nothingness

over 90% of all demons in Acirena are part of the Legion
ruled over by a tall demon milf named Thana, who is the queen of all demonkind. she's really buff and is kind of a mom, just a mom who is also like "don't forget to commit some murders today"
demons feed off of emotions, more prominently for negative ones, so they raid places a lot, commit some murders to feed some demons, make sure to leave survivors so they can come back and raid again some other day. sex also happens a lot too, because that can feed demons too, but usually if they've had good raids they won't bother
has a sort of cool ruby castle which is its own demiplane, which is where demons chill when not raiding. it's a very peaceful place, looking kind of like a town with folks being chill, just with a permanently pink sky and lots of things being made out of crystals

--- The Verdant Pillars ---
druids that live inside of a huge tree that goes from the top of the Nothingness to just about the very bottom
allies with the Blueblood Hunters, since the Hunters protect them and also like they compare plant notes and stuff
goal of the members is to learn more about nature, to protect life, and to become one with the Great Tree
there are "pillar men" which are part of the Great Tree, which are any members that fuse with the tree. through fusing with it, their minds become immortal, and they just kind of become part of the collective.
try to preserve peace and stuff, stop conflicts between the factions
enemies: the Hyperos Aspects, the Dread Legion. they're moreso enemies because the pillars are like "these idiots are going to kill us all", but aspects/legion don't actively hate them
--- Quodominus's Elite ---
lives in the deepest darkest part of the Nothingness
dedicated to Quodominus, god of darkness and the Nothingness
smallest faction by size, and don't really have a faction home thing - they just go wherever. all factions accept them (though they don't really WANT to), and they command respect
members rarely value their own lives; they see themselves as tools of Quodominus
Quo himself is a tentacle monster and he does in fact fuck his servants if they so wish
