This option enables the hosts of all MFTEOTW stations (besides the Silent Hill station) to stop and occasionally deliver longer dialogues, telling stories, discussing their new lives in the Apocalypse, etc. These dialogues occur ONCE PER IN-GAME MONTH at specific dates and times, meaning they're quite spaced out. You should disable this option if any of these conflict with the lore of your own version of Knox:
- Bites are mentioned to cause infection
- There is no *known* cure from the perspective of the hosts
- There are at least a modest amount of other survivors out and about
- The military is not known to be active to the people of Knox
