DFE etc etc

Hey guys, long post here so done it in pastebin now to waste posts and thread space, and i didn't want it edited as post needs to be viewed.

First of All the Harry situation, last few weeks he has had clans (notice how i said clanS) have been begging him to join and manipulating the situation. DFE don't need you, we do etc and disrespecting Dee saying i do all the work. Incorrect, All Team Changes and Subs go through Dee (or most of them anyway). Harry has his own mind and if it is a no accept it and then you don't need to ask unless he says he is leaving. some people can't accept it and keep asking THEN tries to get him out of the clan by trying to manipulate, not to join his clan but another clan with the same boring speech even though that clan could do with a player.

If he chooses to leave then i'll still support him as that is what friends do, i wouldn't even try and manipulate him to stay, would be disappointed but that is all and nothing to be upset about.

Next is Snooker Squad - When FPD temporarily folded a friend wanted me to give Snooker Squad another go (i was up for the challenge as well) however i had three things to think about:

A) Dee
B) DFE
C) Poaching

First i had to think, If i brought back SS then i would need to poach several top Snooker players from other teams to be on same level as before and as SS is a "Top" team i would have no option but to do so even though poaching makes me ill. This would affect some clans like DFE as i would need to ask 3 or 4 players and of course DFE would need to recruit heavily. This is actually my second time that i thought about moving and creating a clan in my 6 years of the league (First time was 2010, Captain of Hustlers to Captain of D&C).

One even begged me not to pinch his players but he has no problem trying to pinch DFE players so find that ironic. I would still have to do it regardless as if i could be as cold as to poach from DFE i'm not going to listen to other clans.

As FPD reformed, bringing back SS wasn't an option next season as would be putting two teams in danger for a team who has the same mentality as Uprising. wasn't worth it.

If it was a new clan i wouldn't poach the top players as it hasn't got the reputation.

As Dee is a close friend for a few seasons, i was honest with her from the off that i had mixed emotions and was 50/50 to bring SS back, i usually think long term with these things and fact i would have to try and poach some of her players. She wasn't pleased as expected but i feared i would lose her friendship over SS. She said we will always be friends and i believe her but as time grew FPD no longer folded and SS option was offered as FPD was folding so agreed not to do it and stay with DFE then decide if to do SS season after or not.

Hope i haven't lost the friendship and can carry on like SS never came up in first place. I have decided now that i won't bring back Snooker Squad as look at the chaos it has caused and it isn't even back yet. Not worth losing clans and friendship over.

Lastly plans for the future. Next Season staying at DFE regardless of offers etc then towards end of season i'll decide my future. I will accept no offers for the season after either, i have my own mind as well and i want to use it. I'm loyal so will either be DFE or Quit Clans most likely as i won't be bringing back another clan.
