RULES

General rules


Don’t be a Dick
This goes without saying but cannot be overstated. Every single person here is a human being...except the bots and even then don’t be a dick to the bots.


Age limit of 15 or older
Yeah, it sucks but to join you need be at least 15 years of age or older. An exception will not and cannot be made to this rule.


Abuse
Abuse of any form will not be condoned. If any abuse is witnessed it should be reported to any on hand management and if they are not currently available send one the information. It will be addressed immediately once it is found.


Language
We are for the most part adults here. Expletives are almost guaranteed. That does not mean excessive use of them is alright. Excessive use or vulgar language, expletives, derogatory statements, racial slurs,homophobic slurs, etc. First time offense will be a warning from staff.
Long story short: Watch your fucking mouth.


Respect
This is a varied group of people and there are numerous members, all of who(m?) deserve respect. We all have different thoughts and opinions and they may not always line up. In this case be mature about the situation and accept our group is varied. Just because someone disagrees with you doesn’t make necessarily make them a bad person. If a topic becomes heated any member can request it be dropped in chat and if a staff member enforces their point then the topic will be dropped immediately.


Reporting
Do not be afraid to report incidents to management. If you become offended, witness abuse, are abused, or anything along that you believe the admin team should be aware of then tell us. If the one you tell does nothing or doesn’t respond then tell another. Do not attempt to fix the situation yourself or with the help of other members. Allow the staff to do fill their role.


Spam
Span is not allowed or appreciated. We have come here to have fun and weave tales and lore together. There is no need to hound the site or chat with nonsensical bull.


Non-roleplay related conversation
Most of this is understood in small amounts. There are slow days and days you just want to bullshit. Due to certain past events through multiple channels there is a soft ban of the topics of Current Events and Politics. Soft ban meaning some jokes and talking is perfectly fine. But discussing at length in a serious form is highly discouraged as the subjects are known to easily cause heated debates and arguments, causing the material to fall under the rule of Respect and sometimes Abuse. Likely if the topic is notice by staff to be taking a curve away from casual talk they will preemptively have the topic dropped from the channel. If you truly wish to continue the conversation there is always PMs or another channel. Bad mouthing other channels within the OOC channel is similarly soft banned.
