Reasoning: In times of desperation, a dark glow overtakes Tsuyo, though it's effect was strong in amplifying her, she wasn't quite very capable without it in the first place, and even with it's strength she's been beaten down quickly once by H-den in her attempts to intervene with a situation in the dome, then once more by Plontuguo after she escaped outside and tried to blood feed 'Guy' for odd reasons. not only that, but her reward was a fat 9% increase in infection, and her leg being BLOWN OFF, and sucked like it was a free juicebox, that's not normal namekian behavior.

So far it's been not enough, but with a increase in infection, and a bit more refinement, that dark glow could evolve to something a bit more capable. She's been playing catch-up at this point, and being outside the dome meant her survival chances had probably lowered quite a bit, especially when a man in a blindfold made it clear he's willing to do some problem killing if the choice to leave the dome is made.
Moment: Outside the Dome, Waiting for a way to get her leg back, because crutches are not very efficient by comparison.
