  2. I have a handful of forum profiles that I'd like to get indexed. I know it's still very hard, but very possible. I was wondering how it's done these days?

  14. If you use forum profile links, you will get algorithmically labelled as spam by google - happened to me and crashed a business
  15. Yeah, I wouldn't use this as your only tactic. But if it's natural and you're not spamming absolutely everywhere you should be OK.

  17. Here's how I usually check links from Profiles/Forums.
  18. Are they actually indexed usually? Go to a popular Profile and copy the URL. Put "site:inserturl.com/profile/author" into Google. Is it indexed? If so, why? Post count?
