- Today I received a shipment from Newegg through UPS containing one (1) plastic hard drive mounting bracket. Was there a misunderstanding that I was missing only one bracket? In my original email I stated I only received Right Side mounting brackets, meaning I have no Left side brackets at all. I was very clear about this. I've had this case sitting here unusable for several months now, long past my return window with Amazon.
- After several months I can now mount 1 single hard drive in my 15 hard drive bay. This is getting kind of silly.

- The most effective way for us to help you with your problem is to put in a request to our warehouse and have them check for the left side plastic hard drive mounting brackets for RSV-L4500 since we usually do not carry these parts independently from the item.
- In this way, you will not be inconvenienced to send the whole item back. Once the warehouse is able to locate the part, they will ship it out directly to you at our cost. However, we must note that this process may take a few weeks to process and ship it and we cannot offer 100% guarantee that we have them on hand.
- Please provide Original Invoice from authorized dealers and your current shipping address to process your request under warranty coverage.
